As part of its strategic growth plan, Brigade Enterprises Ltd, the flagship entity of Brigade Group, expressed its commitment by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) at the prestigious Invest Kerala Global Summit 2025.

The company is gearing up to establish its second World Trade Center (WTC) in the state, following the success of WTC Kochi. Additionally, Brigade is planning to enhance its footprint with a new residential project in Kochi and a luxury island resort at Vaikom. These projects are projected to reach completion by 2030.
