Experion Acquires Prime Land in Noida for Rs 450 Crore to Develop Luxury Project

Experion Developers has made a significant investment in Noida by acquiring a 5.5-acre plot in
Sector 151 for Rs 450 crore. This move is part of the company’s strategic expansion in the Delhi NCR region, with plans to develop a premium residential project. The developer is set to invest Rs 1,000 crore in the upcoming luxury project, reinforcing Noida’s growing appeal as a high-end real estate destination.

A wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore-based Experion Holdings Pte Ltd, Experion Developers has been expanding its presence in India’s premium real estate market. The company has acquired land parcels in Gurugram worth Rs 2,500 crore for high-end residential developments.

Sector 151: A Flourishing Real Estate Hub

Sector 151 in Noida has emerged as a sought-after location for luxury developments due to its excellent connectivity and infrastructure. The area enjoys seamless access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Aqua Line of the Noida Metro, linking it to key business districts such as Sectors 132, 142, and 144. The strategic location and improving infrastructure have contributed to its rising prominence in the real estate sector.

Experion’s Expanding Footprint

Experion Developers has been aggressively acquiring premium land parcels across Delhi NCR. Notable recent acquisitions include:

A 4-acre plot on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, for Rs 200 crore.
A 5.5-acre land parcel in Sector 48, Gurugram, was purchased for Rs 550 crore.
A 5-acre plot in Sector 45, Noida, was acquired for Rs 250 crore.

Focus on Luxury Housing in Noida

According to Experion Developers’ CEO, Nagaraju Routhu, the decision to invest in Noida aligns with the increasing demand for luxury residences in the region. Over the past few years, cities like Noida and Gurugram have witnessed a surge in interest in high-end living spaces, driven by growing aspirations and evolving lifestyle preferences.

With this latest acquisition, Experion is poised to further cement its presence in the luxury housing segment, offering premium residences in one of Noida’s most promising locations.
